1. How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, please visit our booking page and fill out the required information, including your travel dates, number of guests, special requests, and any dietary restrictions. You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation is successfully processed.
2. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you cancel your reservation at least one week in advance, we will refund half of your deposit. Cancellations made within one week for personal reasons will not be eligible for a refund.
3. What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my reservation?
If inclement weather is forecasted, we will shorten the visit time to Byodoin Phoenix Hall and extend the duration of the table manners lesson.
4. Can I modify my booking after it has been confirmed?
Yes, to change your reservation date, please contact our customer service team. If you provide your booking details, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
5. Are there any age restrictions for your activities?
There are no age restrictions.
6. Does your company take responsibility for accidents or injuries during the tour?
