Tour Participation Agreement and Terms of Service

Important Notes for Tour Participants

  1. Health and Safety:
    Participants must ensure they are in good health before joining the tour. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please inform us in advance.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations made at least one week before the tour date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the tour date.
  3. Weather Conditions:
    In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary, which may include shortening certain activities.
  4. Liability Waiver:
    Participants acknowledge that they participate in the tour at their own risk. The tour operator is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the tour.
  5. Behavior Expectations:
    Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards guides, staff, and other guests. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
  6. Personal Belongings:
    Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. The tour operator is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
  7. Photography Consent:
    By joining the tour, participants consent to being photographed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the guide at the beginning of the tour.
